so the story is that whoever finishes the battle last gets to post the post, and i hate posting the post so normally i'm never last, but apparently Maidel and Rebecca got their groove on or something and not only finished first but made infinitely better icons from me and now i just feel kinda inadequate. OMG. It's DOOOOONE! Ok, so note to those reading this. Don't go many months in between icon posts. It's a set up for like, getting a fever while you're doing something as insane as this post. So back in January, I issued an Epic Icon Battle challenge to nowgold - we eached pick 25 caps, and gave a deadline of 2 weeks. Let's stop and laugh over that now, shall we? But in all fairness, it's all my fault because I took forever... and a month or two!

As previously stated, I accidently deleted the contents of this post. Yes, it was as horrible as you can imagine. However, it's back now. Thanks very much to nowgold. However, in my desire to get them up ASAP, I somehow lost 5 icons that were alternates of others, so, now we have 165 instead of 170. It's not that I can't count. I just fail at the copy+paste.
