For whedonland's big bang challenge. Following my them of "OH SNAP!" moments and the Dollhouse moments (while not the only ones) that make me go "I NEED SOME GIN AND JUICE".

And without further adieu, in order of revelation (AND THUS, OBVIOUS SPOILERS FOR DOLLHOUSE):



Basically, Mellie thinking that Paul is coming back with their Chinese food, goes to open the door, faces an assassination attempt disguised as a home robbery when she's "switched on", revealed to be the Doll November and promptly mops the floor with the S.O.B. sent to kill her. Flail ensues. Picspam; 44 caps.









Basically, what makes this scene so pimp is that you realize that Doctor Saunders is a doll, specifically, Whiskey. Not just that, but that she be rocking it with the same person that gave her the scars to begin with, Alpha. Picspam; 44 caps.









Allow me to be clear. This moment stands out not because Sierra is being überBAMF because she's been programmed to be. This moment stands out because she could be any woman who is being pushed and abused by someone who feels entitled to them or their company. Its not to say that I think we should go out and stab whomever treats us poorly, but it was very moving to see her will to live and to fight off her attacker as an average woman. It was touching to see her stand after that horrific event, not to be defined by him or his desires any longer. Picspam; 48 caps.









See, I thought Doctor Saunders and Doctor Halverson were just gonna talk about how Topher and Bennett were happy together, since Saunders was all about Boyd at that time. But no. Saunders shot Halverson in the head. And Topher got girlfriend on him. My hand to my mouth that was an OMFGWTFBBQ moment. Picspam; 24 caps.








Following the moment with the intense cursing at the screen, this happens not five (5) minutes later, and naturally, I am making faces of HATE at Fox executives for robbing us of this show. Dicks. Picspam; 58 caps.

IDK if I already commented, but shiny. I kind of figured Amy's presence back at the house was not good, but I always wondered if she killed Bennett as Whiskey/Claire to make Topher suffer or as possiblyfakeorreimagined!Claire/Whiskey because Boyd (okay I've had enough of referencing people by other names, he's just Boyd) imprinted her too? Or Boyd just influenced Claire. But whatever.

It's sad because both characters were victimized and rose above it albeit in a slightly unhealthy way, and then to have one off the other...

Also the coloring on the last two blows me away.
